FAQ

Questions on privacy, consent, beta testing, and the waitlist

Is Karen logging private information?

Only the data you type on the waitlist survey is stored locally unless you expressly share more. No cameras, no surprises. Everything stays in your queue until you choose to export it.

Do I need to consent?

Yes. Our form asks for explicit consent to keep your story on file and to highlight it as part of beta coaching. You can withdraw any time by requesting removal.

What happens during beta?

Beta testers get priority waiting-list spots, early access to our analytics-driven response templates, and a safe space to rehearse escalations before dialing any hotline.

How does the waitlist work?

Submit the survey, grab a CSV download, and we will reach out once an advocate slot opens. You can update your entry anytime; the CSV always reflects the latest queue.
